Appointment Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp, or our website.

We recommend notifying us as early as possible before the scheduled appointment time.


Customer Cancellation

If a customer cancels an appointment before a technician is dispatched, no cancellation charges will apply.

If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the service location, an inspection or visit charge may apply.


Service Cancellation by RapidFix Technical Services LLC

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Technician unavailability
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Parts unavailability
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible.


Inspection and Diagnosis Charges

Inspection, troubleshooting, and diagnostic services involve technician time and expertise.

Once a diagnostic inspection has been completed, the inspection fee is generally non-refundable, even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments made by the customer.
  • Billing errors made by RapidFix Technical Services LLC.
  • Services paid for but not provided due to circumstances under our control.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • Diagnostic or inspection services already completed.
  • Customer changes their mind after service completion.
  • Appliance issues unrelated to the repair performed.
  • New faults occurring after the repair that are not connected to the original service.
  • Delays caused by spare parts availability or manufacturer supply issues.
  • Customer refusal of recommended repairs after diagnosis.

Parts and Materials

Replacement parts purchased specifically for a customer’s appliance may not be eligible for a refund once ordered or installed.

Any approved return or refund of parts will be subject to supplier policies and applicable UAE regulations.


Warranty-Related Issues

If a repair covered under our warranty develops the same fault during the warranty period, we may inspect the appliance and, where applicable, provide corrective service in accordance with our warranty terms.

Warranty claims do not automatically qualify for a cash refund.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.
